Professor Marat Ressin of York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI) challenged the students in his not-for-profit class to create the tallest, free standing structure able to hold a large marshmellow using only spaghetti (uncooked), scotch tape and string. The team of Kemi Amusan (Lady Kay), founder & Advocate of Global Women Ambassadors Inc. and Josephine Vaccaro-Chang, founder & Chief Literacy Ambassador of Project 99A won the challenge & received a welcome bag of marshmellows as a prize. The lesson? To be persistent or that this dynamic duo is motivated by sweets?
